Keypoint Law is delighted to welcome Neil Pragnell to the firm as a Consulting Principal, based in Sydney.

Neil is a senior property and commercial lawyer with over 40 years’ experience advising clients across a range of matters, with a focus on the SME market.

Neil is well regarded for his years of experience as a lawyer; his efficient and knowledgeable approach to client services has seen him involved in highly complex transactions for a range of large Australian corporations, SMEs and high net-worth individuals.

Neil joins Keypoint from boutique Sydney-based law firm, Case Law, where he was a partner; and earlier in his career was a Special Counsel at Allens, Thomson Geer and Turtons.

Neil brings a wealth of property and commercial law expertise to Keypoint, further strengthening its national property practice.  Commenting on Neil’s appointment, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said:
