Keypoint Law welcomes Michele Davis to the firm as a Consulting Principal, based in Queensland.

Michele has over 13 years of experience as a wills and estates lawyer specialising in succession and elder law.

Prior to joining Keypoint, Michele was a Special Counsel at Vitality Law Australia and before this, the Head of the Succession and Elder Law practice group at Wilson Lawyers, a long-established boutique law firm based in Brisbane. She has also held various roles in multiple law firms in their Wills & Estates teams.

As well as being a lawyer, Michele is a nationally accredited mediator, an Adjunct lecturer for the College of Law, a writer, and a podcaster (The Heir Waves podcast).

Michele is also the creator and owner of the Australian Succession and Elder Lawyers Community that boasts almost 2000 national members from the profession.

In 2021, Michele became one of only 60 lawyers in Australia that are collaboratively trained in estates law.

Michele is also a regular columnist in the Queensland Law Society’s Proctor publication devoted to wellness in the law.
