Keypoint Law welcomes Michael Ryan to their Corporate and M&A team in Sydney as their first Consulting Principal hire for 2024.
Michael is a senior corporate lawyer, with over 30 years of experience in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Michael’s expertise includes specialist Corporations Act advice including capital raisings, insider trading issues, public company takeovers, Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listing rules and continuous disclosure issues for clients across a number of sectors including, biotech, funeral, health, mining, oil and gas and technology.
Prior to joining Keypoint, Michael was a long-time partner of Addisons (17 years) and a Consultant thereafter.
