Keypoint Law is delighted to welcome Tony Grujovski to the firm as a Consulting Principal, based in Melbourne.

Tony is an intellectual property and commercial lawyer and also a registered trade marks attorney. He joins Keypoint from By George Legal, an IP specialist firm, where he was Special Counsel.

Tony is experienced in handling a wide range of IP matters. This includes managing sizeable national and international trade mark portfolios, advising on enforcement and infringement of IP rights, handling disputes and litigation across all types of IP, and managing trade mark oppositions and domain name disputes.

Tony is also skilled in drafting and negotiating a wide range of general commercial agreements, which he relies on in tackling complex IP licensing and transactional issues. He acts for clients across a broad range of IP-focused sectors including creative agencies, food and beverage manufacturers, personal care brands, hospitality businesses and designers.

Commenting on Tony’s appointment, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said:

“Tony has developed a niche and highly relevant expertise, servicing the rapidly growing and diverse creative sector with a knowledgeable and forward-thinking approach. His experience in all aspects of intellectual property and trade marks is a valuable addition to the firm and to our clients, and we are delighted to have him on board.”

When asked about his appointment, Tony shared:

“I’m excited to be joining a firm offering an alternative to the traditional law firm model, where I can develop my personal brand as an IP expert for creatively driven businesses. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the other lawyers in the Keypoint cohort and the management team”.
