Keypoint Law is pleased to welcome Ali Cupper Gross as a Consulting Principal in our national Family Law team, based in Melbourne.

Ali’s appointment marks a new chapter for Keypoint’s private client offering, introducing a unique blend of legal advice and expert separation mentoring.

One of Ali’s passions is to change the practise of family law, for the benefit of families and particularly children.  She believes that the divorce/separation process should not just address legal issues in a bid to achieve justice; but that it should also seek to achieve peace – and that it’s the combination of peace and justice that makes the biggest difference to a client’s prospects of successfully resolving an intensely challenging period in their lives.

This first-of-its-kind service combines top-tier family litigation support with emotional guidance, setting a new standard in how family law is delivered.

Ali’s background spans private practice, government leadership in child protection, and public service as a former Member for Mildura and current Deputy Mayor of Mildura Rural City Council.

Commenting on Ali’s appointment, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said:

“Ali’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Keypoint Law’s private clients. In collaboration with our family law litigators, Ali’s expertise enhances our ability to deliver a truly valuable and all-encompassing family law service.”

Speaking about her appointment, Ali stated:

“From the very first meeting, it was clear to me that Keypoint was an exceptional law firm with innovation in its DNA. I am so grateful to be part of the Keypoint team, not only to work alongside some of the nation’s best lawyers, but to break new ground in the way family law is delivered.”
