On 1 July this year, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections) Act 2019 commenced, creating a single, strengthened whistleblower protection regime covering the corporate, financial and credit sectors.

This law will impact all employers and for many will mean they must implement a whistleblower policy that meets the requirements prescribed by legislation by 1 January 2020.

We invite you to join us for a free breakfast seminar that will cover the impact the legislation is likely to have on your organisation and what you are required to do in order to ensure compliance.

Date: Friday, 2 August 2019
Time: 7:30 am – 9:00 am
Venue: The Executive Centre, Level 26, 1 Bligh Street Sydney NSW 2000

A light breakfast will be provided.
