Keypoint Law welcomes Sara Hatcher to the firm as a Consulting Principal, based in Sydney.

Sara is a senior property lawyer with over 20 years of experience, and joins the firm from Russell Kennedy, where she was a Principal and a former lead of their Sydney Property Group.

Sara held other senior positions in-house and at mid-tier firm, Lander & Rogers, and has also run a practice of her own.

Her experience is across a wide range of property law, with expertise in retail, industrial, and commercial leasing. She has represented clients at various levels, including listed corporations, SME’s, listed property trusts, developers, and national landlords and tenants.

Sara has particular expertise advising on projects in solar and wind farming, along with other renewable energy ventures.

Sara’s joining takes the firm’s partner-level recruitment to 13 senior lawyers in 2023 across the areas of property, taxation, banking and finance, litigation, insurance, entertainment, franchising, construction, superannuation, estates and family law. The firm’s most recent recognition in the market saw it ranked by the Australian Partnership Survey at #26 out of 50 of Australia’s top firms (based on partner numbers).
