Warren is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates, and works with clients to help them plan for the future, setting up the right strategies and structures to protect them and their families, seeking to maximise their wealth while retaining flexibility for the future.

Warren’s particular specialty is testamentary trusts, but he is equally adept in acting in probate and estate administration, and estate litigation.

Warren’s career started in Family Law and Commercial Litigation and he has experience in criminal law, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment law, company and partnership law and trade practices, all areas crucial to understanding Wills and Estate Planning and Estate disputes.

Many of Warren’s clients have been with him through several stages of their lives and are now introducing their children to him as clients. He is a straight talker who lets his clients know if they are doing something not in their best interests. His goal is to deliver the outcomes he promises and provide practical advice and solutions.
