United Kingdom firm Keystone Law, which established Keypoint Law in Australia almost 3 years ago, has garnered a top ranking in every area of the Legal Week Best Legal Adviser Report.Industry leading publication Legal Week has revealed the findings of the report which canvassed the views, of around 800 clients, from 250 national law firms. Respondents were asked to rate the importance of and their own satisfaction levels in:

  • Quality of legal advice
  • Quality of service delivery
  • Commercial approach and business understanding
  • Communication and responsiveness
  • Value for money
  • Billing practice/transparency
  • Partner level contact
  • Automation
  • eBilling
  • Alternative low cost centres
  • Innovation overall

Keystone Law was the only firm to rank amongst the top 5, across all 11 categories in the appropriately named Best Legal Adviser Report.

Law firms which passed a certain participation and score threshold were then awarded best Legal Adviser status with Keystone making an appearance in each category. Benchmarked against firms such as Allen & Overy, DLA Piper, Mischon De Reya and Eversheds, Keystone was commended particularly for its clear, concise and pertinent advice” as well as “a quick understanding of the key problems and imaginative solutions”. The firm was also praised for its “City-quality, partner-level advice” and strong relationships based on a profound business understanding.
