Keypoint Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Whittingham as a Consulting Principal, further strengthening the firm’s corporate and transactional practice.

Andrew is a highly regarded corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, foreign investment regulations and general corporate advisory matters.

Throughout his career, Andrew has acted on many significant transactions, including:

  • Universal Robina Corporation’s acquisition of Snack Brands Australia and strategic joint venture with Intersnack;
  • Vodafone’s merger with TPG Telecom;
  • the restructuring of Snack Brands Australia by way of members’ scheme of arrangement;
  • the sale of Basiq to Cuscal Limited;
  • the acquisition of Spotless by Pacific Equity Partners; and
  • Telstra Corporation Limited on the sale of its New Zealand subsidiary TelstraClear to Vodafone.

Andrew joins Keypoint from international law firm K&L Gates, where he was a Special Counsel. He has also held senior roles at Norton Rose Fulbright and Gilbert + Tobin, advising major corporations, private capital firms, and high-growth businesses across diverse industries.
