Keypoint Law is delighted to announce its promotion of two Special Counsel to Consulting Principal.

The new Consulting Principals are Dean Tolkin in Workplace Law and Adam Gascoigne-Cohen in Estate Planning and Commercial Litigation.

Adam has been with Keypoint Law since 2014, working on complex trust, superannuation, estate planning, probate and administration issues for high net wealth clients under the guidance of leading Estate Planning lawyer Michelle Meyer.  He has also worked extensively in Commercial Litigation with Keypoint Consulting Principals Roland Burt in Melbourne and Philip Argy in Sydney.

Dean has been with Keypoint since 2015, where he has worked under the tutelage of Workplace Law expert, Shana Schreier-Joffe.  Dean has been instrumental in servicing, retaining, and attracting to the firm, a roster of blue-chip clients; and together with Shana and their team, has built up a top Workplace Law practice.

Both lawyers stand out for their legal skill, dedication, and superb client manner.

This is the first time in the firm’s 7-year history that it has made internal appointments to Consulting Principal.

Commenting on these appointments, Keypoint’s CEO Warren Kalinko stated:

“What is particularly encouraging about both these promotions, is that they demonstrate the development of our home-grown talent.  When the firm was originally formed, it was envisaged purely as a firm for senior lawyers.  It is gratifying to see how Keypoint has evolved, innovated, and most importantly, found a way to ensure that rising stars within its ranks can find a route to Consulting Principal through talent, hard work and a mastery of their areas.

Both Dean and Adam exemplify these traitsWe are delighted with these appointments and congratulate Adam and Dean on their tremendous achievements.
