Keypoint Law is pleased to announce that it has become an Associate Member of the Australian Retail Credit Association.

The Australian Retail Credit Association (ARCA) is the industry association for organisations involved in the disclosure, exchange and application of credit reporting data in Australia.  ARCA works in the overlap areas between data, regulation, risk decisions and consumer credit.  It works with all interested stakeholders to provide thought leadership, develop co-ordinated industry positions and lead advocacy efforts on key issues, including the adoption of comprehensive credit reporting and definitional and operational issues relating to hardship and responsible lending.

Keypoint’s involvement with ARCA is led by financial services regulatory lawyer, Andrea Beatty.  Andrea is recognised in Chambers Asia Pacific 2016 for her expertise, and has been listed in Australia’s ‘Best Lawyers’ every year for the past 7 years in the areas of financial institutions and regulatory law.
