Keypoint is delighted to announce that Mark Tierney has joined the firm’s Sydney office.       

Mark is an accomplished insolvency and commercial litigation lawyer, with extensive experience acting in liquidations, voluntary administrations, deeds of company arrangement and personal bankruptcy matters, both for insolvency practitioners and individuals alike. 

Mark has held a number of senior legal positions, including Executive Lawyer (Partner) at Bartier Perry and Special Counsel at Mills Oakley. 

Mark joins the firm’s growing Insolvency and Reorganisation team, also comprising Michael Rozdal (Sydney) and Penny Pengilley (Melbourne).  The firm’s expansion into Insolvency and Reorganisation follows its sponsorship of the 4th Annual National Practical Bankruptcy Congress in 2016.
