Keypoint Law welcomes Nick Karolidis as a Consulting Principal, based in Melbourne.

Nick is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with more than 15 years’ expertise spanning tax and property law, business structuring, and commercial contracts. He began his career with KPMG, where he advised on multi-billion-dollar transactions across a wide range of industries.

Since transitioning from large professional services and law firms, Nick has built a strong practice serving SMEs and individuals, combining his skills as both a lawyer and a qualified accountant to deliver comprehensive advice on tax law, property transactions, structuring, and broader commercial matters.

Commenting on Nick’s appointment, Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said:

“Nick’s appointment further strengthens the integration of our national firm and the opportunities for collaboration amongst more than 80 senior lawyers across 25 practice areas – broadening the services available to his clients while giving the firm’s clients greater access to his specialist expertise.”

“It’s a win-win”, says Kalinko.

Nick’s practice has earned a consistent 5-star Google review rating from more than 130 clients, over 10 years – a reflection of his dedication to delivering exceptional service, trusted advice and lasting client relationships.

Speaking about his appointment, Nick stated:

“I have always been interested in tech and “doing things differently”, Keypoint is doing just that! The traditional law firm model is outdated, and boutique practice misses out on the ‘efficiencies of scale’ and expertise of having a larger team. Keypoint provides the best of both worlds for lawyers via their unique model and will deliver added value to my clients. I’m looking forward to this exciting opportunity!”
