Keypoint Law is delighted to announce that Kristina Antoniades has joined the firm as a Consulting Principal based in Melbourne.

Kristina is a highly experienced family and relationships lawyer, and has been acknowledged for her excellence in her area of law by the Law Institute of Victoria when she was awarded the winner of Accredited Specialist Achievement Award category in 2018.  She is an accredited family law specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria, an accredited mediator and a family dispute resolution practitioner.  Kristina has developed a specialist practice in LGBTI family and relationship matters, including donor agreements and surrogacy agreements.  Kristina also has experience in Hague Convention matters, including Family Court of Appeal work, having recently acted in the matter of Handbury & Ors [2019] FamCA 668.  Kristina’s experience also includes drafting of complex agreements, both child support and property matters.  Kristina has a passion also for challenging and complicated parenting matters.
