Advisory firm Alpha Creates has published its annual analysis of lateral partner movements, in its report “FY21 war for talent in the Australian Legal Industry”.
The report shows that, in FY21, the top 5 firms for net lateral partner movement were:
- Ashurst (17)
- Thomson Geer (14)
- Mills Oakley (12)
- Keypoint Law (7)
- Squire Patton Boggs (6)
This is the third consecutive year in which Keypoint has been listed a top-5 firm for lateral partner movements.
This follows the milestone celebrated by the firm in April 2021, of reaching 50 partner-level lawyers. Keypoint now provides legal services across 24 areas of law and 5 Australian cities, with the broader firm nearing 80 people in total.
