Nicolina is a highly experienced commercial litigator with more than 20 years’ experience assisting small and medium sized enterprises, and individuals, to navigate disputes efficiently and with confidence. She advises business owners and operators across a broad range of commercial, property, employment, and estate and guardianship matters, and regularly appears in State and Federal Courts, as well as before the Fair Work Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), NCAT, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Nicolina works closely with her clients to deliver clear, pragmatic advice that is commercially focused and outcome driven. Her experience includes employment and labour law disputes such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace bullying claims, as well as representation before the Fair Work Commission. She also supports businesses with the drafting of employment agreements and workplace policies. In addition, Nicolina advises on property disputes, debt recovery and monetary claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, and complex commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
