Martin is a property and commercial lawyer who works in the areas of property law, planning and environmental law for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, with experience advising overseas corporates and investors entering the Australian market.
Martin has extensive experience advising across the full transaction lifecycle and has acted on utility-scale solar, BESS and Hybrid projects from site acquisition through to development approval. He combines legal, engineering, and commercial expertise, with over 20 years’ experience at Samsung, Siemens and Nokia across the APAC region.
He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University, and is fluent in Korean.
